The Helix offers 39 superbly appointed guest rooms to meet the requirements of business and leisure travellers. Guests can enjoy a selection of single, double and family size rooms with superior and executive options, all equipped as standard with new large Flat-screen LED TVs with Freeview channels, work desks and storage facilities for your personal belongings. All rooms are furnished to a high standard with comfortable beds and bedding for that well-deserved excellent night sleep.

As standard, all guestrooms* at the Helix Hotel feature:

• A selection of ensuite bedrooms with shower and complimentary toiletries.
• 32″and 42″ Flat-screen LED TVs with Freeview & Radio channels.
• Free WiFi available throughout the Hotel.
• Tea / Coffee Facilities.
• Hairdryer / Iron & Iron Board on request.
• Luggage storage.
• The Helix has a strict non smoking policy although there is a dedicated external area at the reception for this facility.

* There are a limited number of rooms available with shared bathroom / kitchen facilities for travellers on a budget. These rooms may not benefit from the full facilities above however are both clean, comfortable and have Free WIFI.

Our courteous and friendly staff are available to assist you at all times. A multitude of languages are spoken by our staff; including Russian, Bulgarian, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, German, Serbian, Ukrainian and English.

There is also a convenience shopping facility located behind our reception desk. As well as stocking food and drink, we also stock all those essentials that can slip your mind. No need to panic if you’ve forgotten your phone charger!
